FESTY OKTOBERFEST 🌾 Rooted in the German Oktoberf FESTY OKTOBERFEST 🌾 Rooted in the German Oktoberfest tradition, the use of dark & light Munich malts lends both color and heft of malt character, while still remaining light & deceptively drinkable. Festy is fermented cold & slow for weeks on end at freezing temperatures in our horizontal lagering tanks. Brewed to be enjoyed in abundance, through the change of the seasons (5.4%). Agida Italian Pilsner 🇮🇹 Some folks would call it Agida Italian Pilsner 🇮🇹 Some folks would call it the Sunday Scaries. Italian Americans say, "it's giving me agita". Our latest respite from (gestures broadly) everything is Agida -- our first Italian style Pilsner. Brewed with Italian Eraclea malt grown off the coast of the Adriatic Sea, this aromatic grain creates the perfect canvas for the kettle & dry hop addition of French Aramis. The fertile soil of the North Italian plains gives this malt an exceptional aromatic quality reminiscent of honeysuckle & subtle spice. Fermented cold & slow with our Philadelphia lager yeast (5.2%). Golden Empress West Coast IPA Named after the Sou Golden Empress West Coast IPA Named after the South Street staple, our latest West Coast IPA is brewed with pilsner malt and wheat for a clean malt body with a thick, white, effervescent foam. It's hopped with Centennial and Whakatū Koūra in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Moteuka.
